PfH’s Materials framework gives councils and housing associations compliant, UK-wide access to building and maintenance materials, aided adaptations, tools and smart stock-tech for social housing backed by data, visibility and expert procurement support.

About our procurement framework

PfH’s Materials Framework transforms procurement for social housing landlords. Not just supplying materials, but also powerfully combining choice, control, and digital insight. Leveraging our position as one of the largest framework providers in the social housing sector, PfH creates stronger negotiating power, driving down costs and securing the best prices for members, allowing them to reinvest savings into improving homes and the communities they serve.

When materials are always in the right place at the right time, operatives complete more jobs on the first visit reducing repair backlogs, cutting disrepair risk and rebuilding resident trust. Gain fast access to local, regional and national merchants delivering everything from plumbing and electrical goods to aids and adaptations, managed stores, and smart van-stock tech.
