Optivo is one of the UK’s largest social housing providers, managing over 45,000 homes across London, the Midlands, and the South West. We supported Optivo in accessing this service via a compliant route, ensuring the solution was tailored to their operational needs. SCS worked closely with Optivo’s hiring managers and supply chain, managing interviews, compliance, and candidate placement across all business areas.

Importantly, the service also aligned with Optivo’s social value goals. SCS collaborated with Optivo’s Resident Involvement Team to offer employment opportunities, training, and community engagement – delivering added value beyond recruitment.
