Here’s what social value looks like in action:

✅ Pathways into employment

Two St Mungo’s clients started work placements with Bell, leading to permanent roles and an apprenticeship. A flexible, person-centred approach helping individuals rebuild confidence and careers.

🎓 Practical training and trade skills

With support from Crown, Bell donated paint and tools to St Mungo’s Construction Skills Centre. These resources now equip clients with hands-on painting and decorating experience.

💻 Tackling digital exclusion

By donating refurbished laptops and phones, Bell boosted digital access while reducing e-waste, showing how social and environmental goals can align.

🏘️ Community regeneration

Through the We Transform initiative, Bell worked alongside St Mungo’s clients to redecorate communal spaces, building pride and new skills at the same time.
