Covering planned and reactive works including kitchens, laundry, mobility aids and catering equipment, this framework connects you to vetted suppliers at scale. Whether you need to upgrade kitchens, replace appliances, or improve accessibility, you can do so efficiently, cost-effectively, and with confidence. What's Included?

  • Domestic Appliances: White goods for homes (e.g. ovens, fridges, washers etc.), including delivery, installation, removal of old units, and recycling where needed.
  • Commercial Laundry Appliances: Appliances for communal laundry settings, including washers, dryers, and associated equipment. Purchased or leased, plus maintenance contracts.
  • Commercial Kitchens & Catering Equipment: Full-spec kitchen and catering equipment for communal or commercial kitchens. Includes supply of ovens, hobs, refrigeration, food prep units; plus options for repairs and maintenance.
  • Off-Site Laundry Services: Solutions for laundering off-site whether that’s service contracts or outsourcing, including collection, processing, drying, and delivery.
  • Assisted Living Solutions: Mobility and assisted living equipment, such as stairlifts, hoists, bath lifts etc., plus related installation and repair services to support accessibility and safety for residents.

PfH works with you throughout the entire process – from initial requirement definition, through procurement, to ongoing contract delivery and management. We recommend contacting PfH early to discuss your project requirements and determine the most appropriate procurement route. You can award contracts through two routes: Direct Award or Mini-Competition. Contracts may be awarded for any duration necessary to deliver your requirements.
